Not in vain, the home stands right on Gavá’s seafront promenade, at the edge of the Mediterranean.The architects expanded on this idea when setting out their approach:“The home is in close dialogue with the garden within the plot. And with the views of the beach and the sea from its main south-facing façade, with wide openings towards this orientation.”
Conceived as a luxury villa, this spectacular residence meets every need expressed by its future owners.Thus, in the 500-square-metre basement level you’ll find a stunning indoor pool with every kind of amenity: restroom, changing rooms… It also features a comfortable cinema room. Storage rooms and the laundry room complete a highly versatile programme of spaces for this floor.On the ground floor of the home, the idea of creating an example of cutting-edge design truly comes to life.The spectacular entrance hall acts as a hub, distributing movement towards the different areas of the house: dressing room, restrooms, pet room, library, guest room…But it is in the west gallery, as the architects have named it, where aesthetics and efficiency merge to shape a fascinating setting.Connected to the kitchen, a large open-plan space serves as an impressive dining and living area.A space that Desarrolla has built with a double-height ceiling to further enhance the power of the visual experience. This concept is reinforced by expansive picture windows that open out towards the outdoor pool of more than 40 square metres and the solarium area. An appealing interplay of light and form.
