Houses, by definition, must be built to be lived in. To be enjoyed. That is their true purpose. A principle we fully identify with at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios. And one we have once again brought to life through the construction of two single-family homes in Marbella.
The project we have carried out for Lamar Development is an exquisite visual exercise that in no way abandons the essence every home must offer: the ability to embrace and shelter its inhabitants.
Both villas stand out for their meticulous approach to spatial design. Their open-plan concept is conceived to create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
It really couldn’t be any other way. In Marbella, life unfolds in the sunlight, thanks to the enviable climate that defines the Costa del Sol.
The two villas are located on plots of just over 1,000 square meters. This generous space has made it possible to create an outdoor area where the beautiful swimming pool truly stands out.
NEEDS PROGRAM
The brief for the two single-family homes in Marbella is exceptionally comprehensive.
Each building features on the ground floor a spacious open-plan living-dining-kitchen area, thoughtfully designed as the heart of family life and gatherings with friends. A generous space seamlessly connected to the attractive outdoor areas.
On that same floor, they feature a bedroom, a bathroom, a backyard, the porch, and a terrace. On the upper floor, both homes are equipped with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a terrace with one covered area and another semi-open area, as well as an entrance hall.
Finally, the two single-family homes in Marbella have been built with a basement that houses a plant room, storage rooms, storerooms, and a bathroom. To ensure smooth movement between each floor, elevators have been installed.
