There, just a few meters from La Pedrera, one of Gaudí's most iconic buildings, our teams have just merged two residences into one. A delightful project crafted by the architects at Luv Studio.The project has been a meticulous exercise in rehabilitation. It is no coincidence that the building was constructed in 1894 by the architect Antoni Rovira i Rabassa. A listed building included in the Special Plan for the Protection of Architectural Heritage and Catalogue of the Eixample District.

Innovation and good taste stem from the fusion

The cornerstone of the project was the merging of two residences to create a highly unique piece in one of Barcelona's most exclusive districts. One of them had been renovated just two years ago, while the other required a more extensive update.In this latest project, the teams at Desarrolla have completely redefined the spaces following the guidelines of the architects from Luv Studio. A new layout, flooring, bathrooms, new pavements and ceilings, as well as the renewal of the electrical and air conditioning systems…Ultimately, a completely remodeled facade to connect in a totally natural and seamless way with the adjacent property. In fact, in this one, only minor work was necessary to further this goal.A look at the work speaks for itself. The more than 300 square meters of the new house accommodate a detailed program of needs. Five master-type bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a spacious dining-living room, an office kitchen with a central island…
