Air cavity for the ventilated facade

Once these tasks were completed, the comprehensive renovation of the facade began with the installation of Larson fr composite panels. The Desarrolla teams also installed internal thermal insulation in the ventilated facade using rock panels, while preserving the air cavity that characterizes these constructions.Concurrently, the project entailed intensive work for the waterproofing and paving of the entire exterior of the property. To achieve this, the removal of the cobblestone pavement, the raising of the concrete, and the drains were carried out. Tasks were completed with the waterproofing of the external square in the intervention area.It was from that moment that a new comprehensive waterproofing of the building was carried out. This work will be a differentiating factor in extending the property's lifespan for several more decades.

Pre-weathered zinc cladding

The project of comprehensive facade renovation has also involved the installation of a new roof on the towers and at the entrance portals 1 and 7. In all instances, the chosen material was a pre-weathered zinc roofing.The enhancement of facilities and communal areas, as well as the rectification of defects throughout the property, have been among the tasks undertaken. Painting works and the installation of a modern fire prevention system with its corresponding signage have completed the project.
