Desarrolla is constructing a modern luxury building in Tenerife

The latest project by Desarrolla in Tenerife is a spectacular luxury building. A design by Anselmo Abrahan Arquitectos that delicately blends aesthetic commitment with the needs program outlined by the developers.

The property embodies an organic aspiration. A commitment to connecting with the environment that exudes modernity. The recurrent use of wood aids in this pursuit.

However, the luxury building that Desarrolla has erected in Santa Cruz de Tenerife is, above all, functional. And highly efficient. Both in terms of performance and from an energy and acoustic perspective.

It could not be otherwise. That is one of the hallmarks of the projects Desarrolla embarks on.

Named Valencia Building, the structure houses six residences: four apartments and two impressive duplexes of over 160 square meters. Each comes with a storage unit and parking space.

The property, with a ground floor and four stories, has a very powerful identity. The architects decided to incorporate various perforations in the form of terraces and patios into the rectangular structure of the block.

What is the purpose? Primarily, to reduce the weight and bulkiness of the construction and to give it an appearance of lightness that stands out in the design. This gives the facade a unique personality that captivates the attention of passersby.

Some of the pieces that have been constructed are creating a stir in the market. One of the duplexes, for example, features a unique skylight that acts as a catalyst for natural light throughout almost the entire home. It's a masterful exercise in the control of space and volume.
