Desarrolla is constructing spectacular 3,000 square meter offices in Valencia for a multinational technology company

Over 250 workstations, private offices, laboratories, meeting rooms, cafeteria, common areas... One of the latest projects completed by the teams of Desarrolla Obras y Servicios are the spectacular offices in Valencia of nearly 3,000 square meters, driven by a highly significant technology multinational.

The execution of the project presented several challenges that our teams have undertaken with great enthusiasm. The first was to address the comprehensive set of requirements outlined by the company.

Specifically, the project has led to the creation of over 250 jobs, as well as offices and laboratories. Concurrently, various common areas have been established, including meeting rooms, reprographics, dining facilities, lactation rooms…

The approximately 3,000 square meters of these new offices in Valencia are spread across four floors of 718 square meters each. Open space workstations have been installed in the work areas to create that avant-garde sense of spaciousness and occupational hygiene.

Each floor also features rest areas and spaces designated for clients.

THESE NEW OFFICES IN VALENCIA ARE SPREAD ACROSS FOUR FLOORS, WITH JUST OVER 700 SQUARE METERS ON EACH. MORE THAN 250 EMPLOYEES ARE ALREADY OPERATING IN THE FACILITIES.

Regarding the design, Desarrolla has made an effort to align with the corporate identity of the multinational technology company. The new offices in Valencia feature the brand's colors, materials, and shapes. All of this, with the aim of creating a cutting-edge and functional environment tailored to the company's needs.The second challenge associated with the project was timing. One of the floors was occupied, which led to the activation of a phased construction program to avoid interfering with the company's operations.The professionals at Desarrolla worked very actively in coordinating the teams to expedite the execution of each action in the edificación with the highest standards of quality.
