CONSTRUCTION OF TWO HOMES IN SITGES UNDERWAY

The teams at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios are currently working on the simultaneous construction of two residences in Sitges, located in a prime location. The Mediterranean views enjoyed by both buildings perfectly complement the contemporary design of both villas.The project designed by MAG2 Taller makes perfect use of the exceptional location of these two homes in Sitges to create a play of volumes that will shape a comprehensive program of needs.In the first of the houses, our teams are currently making progress on the basement waterproofing work. Concurrently, they are constructing the swimming pool and completing the enclosure of the property.Once completed, they will begin the execution of the interior partitions and the roofing. The first of the two homes in Sitges consists of a basement, a split-level ground floor, and an upper floor.Regarding the second edificación, work is currently underway on forming the basement wall structure, the first step towards completing the exquisite architectural project designed.The property is characterized by the construction of large walls, ranging from 4 to 6 meters in height, which will provide the basement with tremendous potential. Capabilities that, as in the first case, will shape an ambitious program of needs.Ultimately, two residences in Sitges whose execution presents an exciting challenge for our teams.
