Spacious, bright, chic... Desarrolla renovates 10 bungalows at the spectacular Boho Club

Andalusia is light. Sun and leisure. A way of life envied across the globe. An irresistible offer that reaches its pinnacle in many of its hotel complexes. One of them is the Boho Club, in Marbella, a spectacular space to let go and enjoy the virtues of a very special land.

There, the teams at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios are undertaking a very unique project: the rehabilitation and modernization of 10 of the charming bungalows at the Boho Club. These are distinctive and exclusive homes where visitors can enjoy a hotel with lots of charm and an exclusive touch of privacy.

The commission we received from the hotel property involves the comprehensive renovation of these bungalows. This includes not only aesthetic improvements but also the renewal of false ceilings, carpentry, and terrace flooring…

The concept of the project designed by Ismael Mérida Arquitectos has not changed the building density of the ten bungalows at Boho Club. However, it will completely renew the facade of these idyllic one and two-bedroom residences.

THE NEW FACE OF THE BOHO CLUB BUNGALOWS IN MARBELLA WILL CREATE BRIGHT SPACES THAT OPEN OUT ONTO THE GARDENS OF THIS IMPRESSIVE HOTEL AND LEISURE COMPLEX

Cutting-edge innovation at Boho Club

The Desarrolla teams will replace the existing flooring in the interior of each room with a herringbone-pattern wooden floor. This work will be complemented by the installation of vinyl coverings on the vertical surfaces of each bungalow.At the same time, the bathrooms in each residence will be modernised, embracing a highly original aesthetic approach that gives every unit its own distinctive character. The renewal of all joinery and the systems in each space (plumbing, climate control, sanitation, etc.) will allow Boho Club to update its offering in this hospitality segment.The project is further enhanced by striking interior design work. The result? A retro-chic style in every bungalow, with vibrant colours and bold, contemporary design elements. Bright, open-plan spaces that flow out onto the terrace and the beautiful gardens of Boho Club. And, with that, the everyday enjoyment of Andalucía’s remarkable light.Ultimately, this is a highly inspiring and truly special project.
