Complete reorganization of spaces

To shape the performance, Desarrolla's teams have had to modernize all the house's equipment and reorganize the spaces on each floor. From the basement, to the ground and upper floors.

The ground floor of this classic villa features a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, terraces, five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a powder room, laundry room, and storage. All of which are also arranged around a central courtyard.

The image of these spaces appears completely renewed today. To achieve this, it was necessary to replace the exterior carpentry, renovate the bathrooms and flooring in the bedrooms and terraces, and install new air conditioning systems, as well as placing wooden beams and natural stone in areas such as the living room.

Concurrently, Desarrolla proceeded to transform the entire outdoor courtyard by installing a marble fountain complemented by a decor featuring pilasters and powerful lighting.

The new face of a classic villa

On the upper floor, the spectacular room with a living area, dressing room, and bathroom is particularly striking. Everything has been renovated with the installation of wooden beams on the ceilings, the expansion of the dressing room and the bathroom, which now features a jacuzzi, double shower, and a beautiful double stone sink.

Both on the ground floor and on the first floor, the interior design work done by María García, from The Waller, is simply exquisite. The entire design of the furniture, the washbasins, and even the outdoor fountain is her creation, a good taste that enhances the whole building.

And in the basement... A space for culture

Finally, the basement of this classic villa has also undergone a comprehensive renovation. In the past, it housed a gym and staff quarters.

Following the renovation, its uses have been completely transformed. Connections to the garden have been opened up, and the lighting and air conditioning have been fully upgraded, but it is in the emergence of new and modern spaces where the depth of the project is truly perceived.

The basement features an acoustically isolated cinema equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment, as well as a gym outfitted with sports flooring and changing rooms. This area is completed with an Italian sauna.

A climate-controlled wine cellar with separate refrigerated spaces for selecting whites and reds, and a two-level lounge with an integrated kitchen, complete a basement that is much more than just that.
