In the world of construction and architecture, undoubtedly one of the most complex tasks is to connect an idea with something tangible. A home, a business, a hospitality venue... That was the challenge we at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios embraced when we undertook the construction of the new La Piadina Riminese venue in A Coruña.

The challenge was invigorating. Because the company's idea is equally so: Is it possible to eat healthy and light, yet also tasty? La Piadina has developed a dining concept that in some way is a sort of culinary gamble: healthy, fresh, natural... And delicious, of course.In this value proposition, the container is particularly significant. Why? Because of its ability to project values so characteristic of our era.

DESARROLLA HAS JUST COMPLETED THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW LA PIADINA RIMINESE VENUE IN A CORUÑA. THE CONSISTENT COMMITMENT TO THE USE OF WOOD GIVES THE SPACE A STRONG AND DISTINCTIVE CHARACTER

La Piadina and the power of the natural

Building on this objective, at Desarrolla we have carried out a project that has given the new La Piadina premises an aesthetic with a strong organic character. This look is reinforced by the horizontal presence of wood in almost every corner of the establishment.Our teams have made intensive use of sawn wood panelling to create an atmosphere in which visitors feel at ease from the moment they enter. Even the multiple screens distributed across more than 150 square metres of floor space are integrated very naturally into the panels.Beforehand, the Desarrolla teams worked on a refurbishment that resulted in a complete transformation of the commercial premises of La Piadina, located in the Fábrica de Tabacos in A Coruña. This involved enabling the installation of plumbing and drainage, electricity and gas, climate control…In short, everything required to create a hospitality venue that is as functional as it is contemporary.

An exterior closure that invites you to step inside

In this same vein, the beautiful exterior enclosure created with black aluminum framing enhances the identity of the premises.A personality that has found in lighting another of its defining features: indirect lights, illuminated wainscoting… Every detail has been conceived to welcome visitors and make them feel at home. The interior design work by Óscar Santomé has ultimately been exemplary.This is the new La Piadina Riminese premises, a project we have truly enjoyed bringing to life.
