Desarrolla begins the construction of two single-family homes in Marbella by the developer Lamar Development

Building a house goes beyond just erecting walls and tiling floors. It's about shaping what will become a home in the future. A space for gathering and celebration. And, at the same time, for privacy and sanctuary. With this goal in mind, Desarrolla Obras y Servicios has commenced the construction of two single-family homes in Marbella, located in La Cerquilla, Nueva Andalucía, boasting unparalleled views of La Concha mountain.

Both will be used for residential purposes. For this reason, the space designed by Yeregui Arquitectos will be spacious and open, avoiding barriers and granting freedom of movement to the residents. This layout promotes family life and community. After all, architecture can be a true lever for communication and participation.Black and white are the predominant colors in the palette. Their prominence lends cleanliness, simplicity, and elegance to these single-family homes in Marbella. Likewise, the selective use of wood and the presence of plants contribute to making the space more pleasant. And it adds a fundamental touch of nature and relaxation.In construction, materials such as cement, concrete, plaster, stucco, clay, stone, and ceramic bricks and tiles will be used. All of them, together, allow for the creation of a coherent space that, at the same time, avoids homogeneity.

A TOTAL OF 2,282 M2 OF BUILT AREA THAT WILL HOUSE REFERENCE VILLAS IN THE AREA

A unique construction

One of the main challenges of this project is the efficient use of space. Both houses are divided into three levels: a basement, a lower ground floor, and a ground floor. Additionally, they feature an outdoor swimming pool and a parking area.

The basement houses the storage rooms, a bathroom, a utility room, and multipurpose spaces. The lower ground floor features a dining room, a kitchen, a powder room, and a bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This level also includes a porch, a terrace, and a backyard. And one of the residences will even have access to a TV room.

Finally, the ground floor is located. It will house the entrance porch, the foyer, the distributor, and three bedrooms each with their respective bathrooms. The terrace is also situated on this level, featuring both a covered and an uncovered section. To facilitate movement and connection between the three floors, both residences are equipped with an elevator.

The area of these single-family homes in Marbella exceeds one thousand square meters. Specifically, one is 1,082.37 m2, and the other reaches 1,200 m2. The boundaries of the estate, which will be home to thirteen species of trees, will be marked by a low wall and a fence made of perforated sheet metal and iron profiles 2.5 meters high.

The entrances have been designed to be accessible for people with reduced mobility. The access to the homes and common areas complies with all legal requirements, as architectural barriers will be removed that may pose an obstacle. These entrances will also be equipped with a mailbox system, a video intercom, and an alarm system.
