Alabaster, the new Galician cuisine that is conquering Madrid
There is nothing more cutting-edge in gastronomy than blending tradition with modernity. It’s like capturing the essence of classic cuisine and reimagining it in the present with a futuristic vision. That is the concept behind Alabaster, the impressive Galician restaurant located in the heart of Madrid and constructed by Desarrolla Obras y Servicios.
The project carried out by our teams has been a challenge as it involved a comprehensive renovation of a previous business. The goal? To create a space that is aesthetically appealing and functional for the flow of patrons.
The result is clear to see. Located in the heart of the capital, specifically on Montalbán Street 9, the Alabaster offers a warm atmosphere with a relaxed touch. All of this is complemented by a gastronomic offering that captures the best of Galician culinary tradition with a very unique perspective: Galician stew ravioli, grilled razor clams with seaweed vinaigrette, cured scallop... A delight, in short.
