That is the concept behind Alabaster, the impressive Galician restaurant located in the heart of Madrid and constructed by Desarrolla Obras y Servicios.

The project carried out by our teams has been a challenge as it involved a comprehensive renovation of a previous business. The goal? To create a space that is aesthetically appealing and functional for the flow of patrons.

The result is clear to see. Located in the heart of the capital, specifically on Montalbán Street 9, the Alabaster offers a warm atmosphere with a relaxed touch. All of this is complemented by a gastronomic offering that captures the best of Galician culinary tradition with a very unique perspective: Galician stew ravioli, grilled razor clams with seaweed vinaigrette, cured scallop... A delight, in short.

DESARROLLA CARRIES OUT THE COMPREHENSIVE RENOVATION OF THE Alabaster RESTAURANT, LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE CAPITAL. A UNIQUE CULINARY CONCEPT THAT BRINGS TOGETHER THE FINEST GALICIAN CUISINE WITH CUTTING-EDGE CULINARY ART

The meticulous interior design of the Alabaster

The restaurant features two spacious dining rooms, private areas, and a bar zone. All with a meticulous interior design where every detail matters.The spectacular industrial kitchen is, in any case, one of the central elements of the Alabaster. There, the teams at Desarrolla carried out highly intensive work to equip the space with every service and a truly distinctive character.Large-format ceramic cladding on vertical surfaces, large-sized ceramic flooring for horizontal ones, false ceilings, backlit LED lighting in marble linings... Of course, also state-of-the-art equipment, as well as a new plumbing and electrical installation (an improvement that extends to the entire restaurant).The renovation works have resulted in the creation of an industrial kitchen that significantly captivates visitors.The intervention, in any case, has been carried out throughout the entire restaurant. Thus, the Desarrolla teams proceeded to paint and polish every corner of the premises to reinforce that new image with which Alabaster has carved out a niche in the capital's culinary offerings.Our most recent project involved transforming the outdoor terrace. We installed metal pergolas and large safety glass, and completed the work with the installation of a specialized outdoor decking system.Concurrently, exquisite planters have been crafted and installed, along with very special lighting. These features are complemented by wooden Venetian blinds that reduce the discomfort caused by the sun at certain times of the day.This is the Alabaster.
