DESARROLLA HAS CARRIED OUT A SPECTACULAR FULL RENOVATION OF A 300 M² RESIDENCE NEAR THE PUERTA DE ALCALÁ, RIGHT IN THE HEART OF MADRID

The project, carried out in collaboration with the interior design studio Pepita de Oliva, reimagines the layout and finishes of the residence, giving it a neoclassical style that blends the property’s classical essence with contemporary lines.
Each room features a cross-cutting design with a unified visual language that adapts to the specific needs of every space; in this way, shades of grey, white, military green, and wood are present throughout the entire home.

The wood carpentry takes center stage in the property with the complete replacement of the flooring: the tall doors emphasize the slender proportions of the home, and the wooden pillars from the building’s original structure break through the partitions and moldings.Particularly noteworthy is the bathroom finish in large-format Dekton pieces, against which the designer sanitaryware stands out. In harmony with this, the kitchen contributes the same modern style as the furnishings, integrating with the hallway through a glass-and-iron partition that continues along the corridor to the warm living room, where the cinematic spotlight directs all attention to the extended L-shaped sofa.
