As Hemingway said, “talent is how you live your life.” Ultimately, talent is less a gift than the result of hard work, dedication, and a genuine care for doing things well. And that is precisely the spirit that inspires the new hospitality venue launched by Grupo Pelícano in the heart of A Coruña.
The venue is, at its core, a tribute to the American writer. It bears his name, but also his spirit. A great deal of work and reflection, meticulous attention to every detail, that elegance that defines his prose spectacular space of more than 200 square meters on Calle Real, the new Hemingway is a truly distinctive establishment
Endless mirrors embrace the walls of the space, hanging steel turbines and indirect lighting create an authentic atmosphere in which black tones play a key role. A restrained elegance that flows through every corner of the Hemingway.
A TOUCH OF DISTINCTION
The staging is completed with meticulously selected furnishings: stools, chairs, and benches finished in leather, and steel counters topped with Marquina Silestone. A décor, ultimately, inspired by the legendary work of the author awarded the Nobel Prize in 1954.
The ambition of Grupo Pelícano with this new establishment is to create an all in one space where guests can enjoy a hospitality offering at almost any time of day. To achieve this, they provide a carefully curated café service, cocktail bar, and premium beverages.
A comprehensive offering in which the innovative beer supply system created by Estrella Galicia also stands out. Two sets of tanks integrated into a central block and into a system of pipes connected with the Hemingway aesthetic allow the beer to flow from one end to the other, amplifying the already spectacular character of the establishment.
This meticulous attention to detail is also evident in the commitment to immersive sound that enhances the Hemingway experience.
