THE PROJECT CARRIED OUT BY OUR TEAMS HAS COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED THE AESTHETICS AND FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES OF THE FACILITIES OF THE COLEGIO DE FARMACÉUTICOS DE LUGO
The teams at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios have just completed the full refurbishment of the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Lugo, located on the centrally situated Rúa Ramón y Cajal. The project has made it possible to renew both the aesthetics and the functionality of the institution’s facilities.The work was planned in two clearly defined phases, enabling an orderly and efficient execution. The starting point was a careful selective demolition—removing obsolete elements and dismantling previous installations—followed by the complete renovation of the interior envelope.
This phase of the project has made it possible to incorporate new partitions, climate control systems, high‑performance carpentry, and a proposal for functional, custom‑designed furnishings. A new face for a socially significant institution.
WARM TONES AND REFINED MATERIALS
The selection of new flooring and wall coverings in warm tones and noble materials reinforces the institutional identity of the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Lugo. The interior carpentry, with oak doors and glazed panels that bring in light and visual continuity, strikes a balance between restraint and modernity.One of the cornerstones of this refurbishment has been the complete renewal of the technical installations: efficient lighting, climate control systems adapted to the building’s new requirements, and carefully designed fire protection, all seamlessly integrated without compromising the aesthetics of the edification.The furniture design, in white melamine with oak finishes, also helps create a welcoming, professional, and orderly environment, conceived both for internal work and for attending to members and visitors. From the entrance hall to the president’s and secretary’s offices, each piece of furniture has been designed as part of a coherent, functional whole.Ultimately, this is a project we have truly enjoyed delivering, and we would like to express our gratitude to the Colegio de Farmacéuticos de Lugo for the trust placed in our work.Visit us at the constructora en Lugo headquarters.
