Complete reorganization of the spaces
To bring the project to life, the Desarrolla teams had to modernize all of the home’s installations and reorganize the layout on every floor, from the basement to the ground and upper levels.
On the ground floor of this classic villa you’ll find a living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, terraces, five en-suite bedrooms, a guest toilet, laundry room, and storage room, all thoughtfully arranged around a central courtyard.
The look of these spaces is now completely renewed. To achieve this, it was necessary to replace the exterior joinery, refurbish the bathrooms and flooring in the bedrooms and terraces, and install new climate control systems, as well as add wooden beams and natural stone in rooms such as the living area.
At the same time, Desarrolla set about transforming the entire outdoor courtyard by installing a marble fountain complemented by décor featuring pilasters and striking lighting.
On the upper floor, the spectacular bedroom with its lounge area, walk-in closet, and bathroom immediately stands out. Everything has been renovated thanks to the installation of wooden beams on the ceilings, the extension of the walk-in closet and the bathroom, which now features a jacuzzi, double shower, and a beautiful double stone washbasin.
Both on the ground floor and the first floor, the interior design work carried out by María García, from The Waller, is simply exquisite. All the furniture design, the washbasins, and even the outdoor fountain are her work, a refined taste that permeates the entire building.
The new face of Classic Villa

THE BASEMENT
Lastly, the basement of this classic villa has also undergone a complete renovation. In the past, it housed a gym and service quarters.
After the renovation, its uses have been completely transformed. New connections have been opened to the garden and the lighting and climate control have been fully renewed, but it is in the creation of new, contemporary spaces where the true depth of the project can be felt.
The basement features an acoustically insulated cinema equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual systems, as well as a gym with sports flooring and changing rooms. This area is completed by an Italian sauna.
A climate-controlled wine cellar, equipped with separate refrigerated areas for selecting white and red wines, together with a two-level lounge featuring an integrated kitchen, complete a basement that is so much more than just that.
Ultimately, a comprehensive renovation of a classic villa that has journeyed into the 21st century with renewed energy.
