DESARROLLA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS CARRIES OUT THE COMPLETE FIT-OUT OF A 160 M² RETAIL SPACE IN A CORUÑA, FEATURING A MODULAR DESIGN AND A CONCEPT THAT BRINGS TOGETHER CONCRETE, STONE, IRON AND WOOD AROUND AN OPEN CENTRAL KITCHEN
The premises, measuring around 160 m2 in floor area, have been carefully designed and laid out using 78×78 cm modules, which define the layout both of the ceiling and of the walls of the central volume that houses the kitchen.A continuous polished concrete floor in a black finish is installed, with joints set out as multiples of the base module.
Technical expertise and sensitivity
The standout feature is the way the stone walls are combined with varnished ribbed iron bars and solid pine wood, used in the suspended ceiling and in the upper section of the kitchen, where all the premises’ installations are located.The dining area is arranged around the centrally located kitchen, whose glass walls create complete transparency between the working area and the tasting area.Installation of the furnishings supplied by Global Asento contract.
