DESARROLLA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS CARRIES OUT THE FIT-OUT OF A 170 M² TWO-STOREY RESTAURANT, DESIGNED BY SAESTUDIO

The premises have a usable floor area of approximately 170 m2, laid out over two floors. Its distinctly elongated configuration is softened by a sequence of small, welcoming areas created through the use of different finishing materials.

The premises feature two access points through distinct areas: one via a ramp and the other through the terrace. Both entrances converge in a space defined by the use of a full-length coir doormat, which serves as a link to each of the two floors of the premises.A staircase made from folded steel sheet connects us to the mezzanine, where solid oak wood has been chosen for the area designated for tables, with a porcelain stoneware floor laid in the bar area. These materials are also used on the ground floor, with porcelain stoneware reserved as the finish for wet areas, restrooms, and the kitchen.
The galvanized steel structure is formed using U-shaped rolled sections joined together with flat plates. Its layout begins at the façade, creating the access area at the entrance, and then folds to become part of the stair treads. The fit-out works were carried out by Desarrolla within the period of three and a half months.
