DESARROLLA COMPLETES THE WORKS ON THE NEW OFFICES OF MUTUACTIVOS, THE WEALTH MANAGEMENT AND ADVISORY COMPANY OF MUTUA MADRILEÑA. FUNCTIONALITY AND DESIGN COME TOGETHER TO CREATE SPACES DEFINED BY THEIR INNOVATIVE STYLE AND REFINED TASTE.
Elegance and functionality. This could be, in essence, the final outcome of the project to shape the new Mutuactivos offices in A Coruña, located on Compostela Street. A fully renovated space that today is all about design and character, but also service and comfort.
The project designed by MAS Arquitectura has completely transformed the appearance of the property that now houses the new offices of the delegación de A Coruña de Mutuactivos, giving it an elegant identity. This goal has been achieved primarily through a carefully considered combination of colors and materials.In this way, the subtle use of blues, whites, and the mahogany tone of the striking furnishings gives the Mutuactivos offices an image that is a true showcase of modernity.
BUILDING RENOVATION
To carry out the project, it was necessary to undertake the refurbishment of the space where the new Mutuactivos facilities are located. For example, all the interior carpentry was transformed with new doors, cabinets, countertops, and the replacement of all skirting boards…This work, complemented by all the painting tasks, significantly enhanced the aesthetics of the offices.Beforehand, the Desarrolla teams had upgraded all the building’s systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and telecommunications.Particular attention was paid to all tasks related to lighting. Thus, the new Mutuactivos offices in A Coruña feature lamps and light points specially designed for each work area, as well as an indirect LED lighting system that brings warmth and distinction to every room.In short, a meticulously executed project that we have truly enjoyed delivering, and we would like to thank the developers and architects for the trust they have placed in our work.Visit us at the construction company’s headquarters in A Coruña.
