DESARROLLA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS CARRIES OUT THE FULL RENOVATION AND FIT-OUT OF THE PODOGAL PODIATRY CENTER IN OURENSE, OPTIMIZING THE LAYOUT OF THE SPACE AND UPGRADING ITS FACILITIES AND FINISHES FOR MODERN, FUNCTIONAL HEALTHCARE USE
Desarrolla Obras y Servicios has completed the fit-out and full refurbishment of a commercial premises for the podiatry center Podogal, located on Serra da Queixa Street in Ourense, in accordance with the project carried out by the Arquitectura Sen Máis architecture studio.
The clinic, with an area of around 250 m2, has two independent entrances and a total of 6 rooms, one of them multipurpose.The refurbishment work involved reorganizing the existing spaces and installing all systems required for the operation of the premises, as well as renewing both wall and floor finishes.
