In the Catalan town of Sitges, the Desarrolla Obras y Servicios teams have just completed the construction of a spectacular villa that has become a magnificent example of that way of being and existing. Of that journey which makes congruence and identity a central hallmark of the project.

The single-family home designed by the team at Rardo Architects is structured around a single architectural volume distributed over three levels: basement, ground floor, and first floor. Each level is part of an impressive aesthetic journey with a comprehensive program of needs.The ground floor, which serves as the entry point to the house, contains the common areas: living room, kitchen-dining area, restroom, laundry room, terraces... In the opposite wing, three bedrooms have been constructed, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom.Located on the upper floor is an impressive suite-style room with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as a sun terrace that fully captures the potential of the outdoor gardens. A workspace has also been created in the common area.
