A space reinvented from the ground up

The starting point was an open-plan, unfinished two-storey space. The project designed by G4 Arquitectos initially focused on the ground floor, transforming it into an elegant, functional, and safe environment.The first key decision was, in fact, the relocation of the staircase, which required the construction of a new structure. This not only optimized internal circulation, but also laid the foundations for an architectural design more in tune with the firm’s identity.This structural intervention was complemented by the creation of a bathroom and a storage area in the back-of-house zone, both essential for the boutique’s day-to-day operations, as well as a generous customer service area where the client experience becomes the true focal point.

Invisible technology, evident comfort

The transformation of Geneve Banús went far beyond appearance. Desarrolla implemented all the necessary systems to equip the premises with impeccable technical performance: electricity, lighting, climate control, plumbing, and alarm systems. Every detail was integrated with precision, ensuring absolute comfort and optimal efficiency without compromising the refined aesthetics of the whole.The interior design is the tangible expression of the exclusivity that defines the project. The wooden floors bring warmth and distinction, while the curved suspended ceilings create an immersive, dynamic sensation. At the same time, the decorative tiling introduces a play of textures that reinforces the space’s character.Every finish responds to a clear intention: to create an environment that invites visitors into a universe of precision, luxury, and trust.

Desarrolla conceived and executed a high-security feature manufactured entirely in stainless steel, lacquered in the port’s corporate colour.A robust and elegant design that incorporates P6B security glass and grade 5 shutters, capable not only of withstanding intrusion attempts, but also of enduring constant exposure to the marine environment.Thus, the shopfront is not merely a showcase to display luxury timepieces: it is a symbol of trust, a guarantee of protection and, at the same time, a gesture of aesthetic coherence in line with the exclusivity that defines Puerto Banús.
