Named Hadleys Club, the teams at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios have just refurbished and modernized an area that is much more than a terrace. It's a space for leisure and fine dining; also for sunbathing or swimming.The results are clearly visible. The Hadleys Club looks spectacular today after a renovation that began with the complete demolition of the pools and exterior finishes.It was from that new beginning that our teams shaped an architectural ensemble that today offers a wide variety of leisure and entertainment.Thus, for instance, the three outdoor bars were renovated, and a spectacular restaurant was installed from a prefabricated container that is the epitome of design.The ensemble is the core of an enviable culinary and hospitality offering.

The project carried out by Desarrolla at the Sol Wave Hotel went much further thanks to the installation of wooden pergolas with thatched roofs, the creation of spectacular outdoor paving with stone areas and spaces featuring wooden sleepers, and the refurbishment of the stages.All of these interventions were crowned by the creation of a beach-sand area surrounding the main pool of the Hadleys Club. This setting immerses visitors in a truly original atmosphere.The work by Desarrolla at the Sol Wave Hotel was completed with the installation of all the systems required for the outdoor terrace to operate at full capacity and in line with the highest quality standards.In the renewed hotel complex and hospitality area, the outstanding interior design work by Iván Cotado and his team also stands out. The distinctly organic aesthetic, the use of wood, and the original furnishings—featuring carefully selected hammocks and Balinese beds—have made the leisure offering at the Sol Wave Hotel a reality, destined to delight thousands of visitors.Ultimately, this is a project whose execution we have particularly enjoyed, and we would like to express our gratitude to the developers for the trust they have placed in our work.Visit us at the construction company’s office in Mallorca.
