Desarrolla is renovating 45 apartments at the Bahía Hotel in Vigo

The teams at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios have just completed the comprehensive renovation of 45 of the apartments at the Hotel Bahía, in Vigo. The units now boast a completely renewed aesthetic and a very comprehensive range of amenities that also take advantage of the stunning views they enjoy.

The iconic hotel establishment is located on the city's waterfront, just meters away from the urban heart of Vigo. That's why several of the apartments boast panoramic views of the estuary, where the Cíes Islands shine with a light of their own.Several of the Hotel Bahía apartments now boast views of that setting, complemented by contemporary design and state-of-the-art amenities.To carry out the project designed by the architect Simón Pereiro, the teams at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios had to initiate a first phase that involved the complete demolition of all interiors. THE APARTMENTS AT HOTEL BAHÍA HAVE UNDERGONE A RADICAL TRANSFORMATION THAT HAS MODERNIZED THEIR AMENITIES, WHILE ALSO CAPITALIZING ON THE MAGNIFICENT VIEWS THEY OFFER.

All these demolition works allowed us to approach the renovation of each apartment as if it were a blank slate.In each of the Hotel Bahía apartments, the structures and false ceilings have been renovated, as well as the floors, bathrooms, and the charming kitchen connected to the living area, the interior carpentry... All these works have been complemented with the waterproofing and insulation of all spaces.The project also entailed the renewal of all plumbing and sanitation, electrical, heating, and telecommunications systems.The apartments at Hotel Bahía that have been renovated come in various sizes, yet all now offer a service program as comprehensive as it is aesthetically appealing.In this regard, there has been a commitment to an interior design that relies on warmth and sobriety.
