Building Rehabilitation

To execute the project, it was necessary to carry out the rehabilitation of the space where Mutuactivos' new facilities are located. Thus, for instance, all the interior carpentry was transformed with new doors, cabinets, countertops, and the replacement of all the skirting boards...This task, complemented by all the painting work, significantly enhanced the aesthetics of the offices.Previously, Desarrolla's teams had updated all the building's facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and telecommunications systems.Special attention was given to all tasks related to lighting. Thus, the new offices of Mutuactivos in A Coruña feature lamps and lighting fixtures specially designed for each work area, as well as an indirect LED lighting system that adds warmth and distinction to each room.Ultimately, a meticulously crafted project whose execution we have enjoyed, and for which we want to extend our gratitude to the developers and architects for their trust in our work.Visit us at the construction company headquarters in A Coruña.
