Design and functionality define the new offices of Grupo Adelanta in Ourense

Design, functionality, and a completely renewed facade. The teams at Desarrolla Obras y Servicios have just completed the construction project for the new offices of Grupo Adelanta in Ourense.

The group of companies specializing in the renewable energy sector has modernized its facilities. And it has done so with a project designed by architect José Carlos Iglesias Fernández that combines good taste with a refreshed layout to further enhance both the services and the comfort of its teams.

Thus, the work carried out by the Desarrolla teams focused on installing new synthetic decking floors, refurbishing and expanding the bathrooms, and cladding the walls and reception area with oak wood panels.

An intervention that has endowed the new offices of Grupo Adelanta with an aesthetic that has an organic touch. Very warm and welcoming.

The lacquering of doors and partitions, the renovation of the ventilation system, and the installation of indirect lighting with coves were other tasks carried out in the project.

The Boardroom and a new meeting room at the service of the company

From an architectural standpoint, the project has led to the creation of two phone booths, a meeting room, and a new office that will serve the entire staff. In parallel, the boardroom was also modernized.

The project carried out at the Grupo Adelanta offices has enhanced the flow within the premises by relocating the kitchenette and photocopier area to separate rooms. The engineering and administrative areas have been expanded with new workstations following the removal of two offices.

Finally, in terms of interior design, the replacement of all office furniture (desks, cabinets, shelving, and chairs) has completed a very attractive aesthetic and functional renovation.
