A fully renovated apartment in Eixample

To complete the project, it was necessary to undertake a wide range of actions. Thus, our teams fully updated all the house's facilities: water, electricity, sanitation, air conditioning… Today, the features of the Eixample apartment are top-notch.In addition to the layout, some of the deteriorated roofs were also renovated. However, others such as those in the living room were preserved to give the home that touch of sophistication that sometimes arises from the connection between past and future.The project also involved the installation of an original natural parquet in a Hungarian herringbone pattern, a timeless classic with a modern twist. The creation of a chessboard design in the gallery area and the replacement of the rear window with a two-tone French style one enhanced the personality of the Eixample apartment.A variable is reinforced by the use of microcement on the floors and walls of the main bathroom.Regarding interior design, once again the good taste of the owners, and the close collaboration with our teams, sparked a highly original proposal.
