The building now presents a completely renewed image, both in terms of aesthetics and in usability and functionality. A fully renovated apartment in the Eixample

To complete the project, it was necessary to carry out a wide range of works. Our teams fully upgraded all the home’s systems: water, electricity, drainage, climate control… The features of this Eixample apartment are now truly top-tier.In addition to reconfiguring the layout, several damaged ceilings were also renewed. Others, such as those in the living room, were preserved to give the home that touch of sophistication that sometimes emerges from the dialogue between past and future.The project also included the installation of an original natural herringbone parquet in Hungarian point, a timeless classic with a fresh twist that never goes out of style. The creation of a chessboard pattern in the gallery area and the replacement of the rear window with a two-tone French-style design enhanced the personality of this Eixample apartment.This effect was further reinforced by the use of microcement on the floor and walls of the main bathroom.As for the interior design, once again the owners’ refined taste, combined with close collaboration with our teams, gave rise to a highly original proposal. A collective effort from which ideas emerged that today form a striking ensemble, both for its aesthetics and its authentic character.In short, a project we truly enjoyed bringing to life.
