Hyp3, when Venice Beach lands on the Atlantic

There are iconic spaces. Places that define the culture of an era, that shape lifestyles and attitudes. Ways of living. Venice Beach, the legendary Californian shoreline, belongs to that select group. That’s why the creators of Hyp3 chose to pay tribute to it by designing a highly original venue in Los Cantones Village, in A Coruña.

A project executed by the teams of Desarrolla Obras y Servicios in collaboration with interior designer Carla Galante, the driving force and founder of CAAI STUDIO. She has been responsible for a design that draws from a mainstream aesthetic without sacrificing originality. To leave her own mark.

The truth is that Hyp3 (formerly known for 12 years as the popular My By Dux in A Coruña) is a visual delight. A journey through several decades where video games, skateboarding, and surfing accompany the visitor. It's like Venice Beach at the foot of the Atlantic.

Comprehensive renovation to create Hyp3

The work carried out by our teams involved the comprehensive refurbishment of the premises. To achieve this, it was necessary to completely renew the wall finishes and flooring, as well as the lighting and furnishings.The bathrooms were also refurbished, and the transformation went beyond the purely aesthetic.All of these interventions have made it possible to transform the décor and interior design of Hyp3 to bring to life the genuine goal of its developers: “To create a new concept of leisure in the city.”Ultimately, this is a project we have been delighted to bring to fruition, and we would like to thank the developers for the trust they have placed in our work.Visit us at the construction company’s headquarters in A Coruña.
