A comprehensive residential proposal

The project designed by Atrio Arquitectura and LUV STUDIO has succeeded in unlocking the full potential of the site through a design that is as visually striking as it is functional. The edificio Estepona Asperia comprises 43 homes distributed across different typologies: 5 one-bedroom apartments, 32 two-bedroom apartments and 6 three-bedroom apartments, thus adapting to the diverse needs of its residents.Each of the homes stands out for its exemplary use of natural light, thanks to the presence of generous terraces and large floor-to-ceiling windows. A design that not only floods the spaces with natural light, but also allows residents to enjoy pleasant views over the urban surroundings and the coastline.On the ground floor, the project incorporates four commercial units that enhance the mixed-use character of the building, bringing dynamism and convenient access to services. Meanwhile, the four basement levels house 47 parking spaces and 31 storage rooms.

Estepona Asperia: shared spaces for modern living

One of the most distinctive features of the Estepona Asperia complex is found on its seventh floor, where a spectacular communal area with swimming pool and leisure spaces is located. This area has been conceived to make the most of the Mediterranean climate and the privileged views afforded by the elevated position of the edificación.These are complemented by other high-end communal areas, such as landscaped gardens and a state-of-the-art gym, designed to promote well-being and a strong sense of community among residents.
