COMPREHENSIVE FIT-OUT OF THE PREMISES FOR THE NEW OFFICIAL STORE OF REAL CLUB DEPORTIVO DE LA CORUÑA LOCATED IN MARINEDA CITY, BASED ON THE DESIGN BY ARCHITECT DIEGO PÉREZ BARGIELA

The store, with an area of around 110 m2 of floor space, features a shop window and retail area open to the public, complemented by a restricted-use space divided between a storage room and a restroom. In terms of finishes, the premises include two types of flooring: porcelain tiles and artificial grass, the latter evoking a football pitch. The shelving is made of galvanized steel with a black powder-coated finish and shelves in oak-finish board. The two interior columns in the space are clad and vinyl-covered, with glass display cases integrated into one of them.
The entrance to the store is particularly noteworthy, accessed through a methacrylate portico in the brand’s corporate blue of the Real Club Deportivo, featuring integrated lighting. Its internal metal structure supports a black lacquered aluminum shutter and houses the anti-theft antennas, which are thus kept out of sight.
