DESARROLLA’S TEAMS IN SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF STACBOND’S NEW OFFICES
The teams at Desarrolla have just completed the construction works for the new Stacbond offices in Santiago de Compostela, conceived to reflect the brand’s innovative essence and contemporary vision. The project, developed from a shell commercial unit, combines architectural precision and interior design in a proposal that redefines the concept of functionality.In collaboration with Estudio Belén Sueiro, the space has been transformed into a versatile, light-filled workplace where every detail responds to the pursuit of balance between aesthetics, efficiency, and comfort.The starting point for the project was a rectangular unit with a clear height of four meters and no prior use, offering a blank canvas on which to project a new spatial identity.
A dialogue with what already exists
Stacbond has opted for a comprehensive fit-out that has made it possible to optimize volume and natural light, keeping the built area intact and respecting the structural characteristics of the building. The intervention does not seek to impose itself, but rather to engage in dialogue with the existing architecture and enhance its expressive potential.The interior design, by Estudio Belén Sueiro, unfolds as a sequence of interconnected spaces: a generous common area that encourages collaboration, individual offices that ensure privacy, and meeting rooms conceived for focus and the exchange of ideas.These are complemented by a break room with kitchenette, restrooms, and a technical area for the IT server. All of this is articulated through materials and finishes that bring warmth and restraint, creating an inspiring, contemporary work atmosphere.

The result is a harmonious whole, where every surface and every line expresses the philosophy of Stacbond: innovation, technical rigor, and design as tools to create spaces that endure.
