FUNDACIÓN RAIOLA RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME
REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION OF THE RAIOLA FOUNDATION NURSING HOME, LOCATED IN BETANZOS, BASED ON A DESIGN BY ARCHITECT ANTONIO PERNAS VARELA
The project has consisted of the refurbishment of the building, upgrading both the façade and the interior, laid out with bedrooms, bathrooms, and a kitchen area.
In contrast to the aforementioned residential building, a new structure is being built with a steel and concrete frame and a zinc-clad exterior envelope. Inside, it houses a variety of communal areas that complement and expand the existing facilities, achieving a total of 300 m2 of floor area.In addition, urban development works have been carried out, installing asphalt paving and concrete slabs for the different circulation areas within the complex.
