TRANSPORTES MAT INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE
WE HAVE COMPLETED THE FIT-OUT AND REFURBISHMENT OF THE GRUPO MAT HEADQUARTERS LOCATED IN COSLADA, MADRID. THE PROJECT INVOLVES AN INDUSTRIAL BUILDING WITH AN APPROXIMATE BUILT AREA OF 400 M² DISTRIBUTED OVER TWO FLOORS
The project, designed by the architecture studio ANDCOMPANY, has included the complete exterior urban development. Inside, under the direction of interior designer Libia Bárcenas, the offices are conceived around open-plan work areas and are organized using movable glass partition walls.
We highlight the installation of a raised technical floor with 60x60 cm grey porcelain tiles, micro-perforated acoustic suspended ceilings to prevent reverberation, as well as the new electrical and lighting systems and the Airzone climate control system. Outside, the façade, made of dark grey lacquered micro-perforated sheet metal, is complemented by aluminium windows with solar-control glazing finished in stainless steel.
