The volume, measuring around 120 m2 of floor area, is laid out as a large open-plan sorting area, a small restroom, and a changing room for the operators. The building, designed by architect José Manuel Bermúdez Graíño, has been executed with a timber structure made of cross-laminated conifer wood panels screwed together.Fully clad on the outside with exposed stained wild pine boarding, the interior features a white finish.The floor is finished with a non-slip vinyl surface, suitable for heavy industrial use.Particularly noteworthy is the composition of large circles which, acting as skylights, house light fittings and other installations located in the suspended ceiling and walls.
