DESARROLLA HAS CARRIED OUT THE COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE HOTEL MAR DE PLATA, FOLLOWING THE DESIGN BY ÓSCAR SANTOMÉ

Comprehensive refurbishment of the first floor of the Hotel Mar de Plata based on the project designed by Óscar Santomé.The work carried out in this first phase has focused on fitting out 12 rooms, one of them adapted, as well as the floor’s common areas.Particularly noteworthy is the installation of Viroc panels on the headboards of the rooms and the indirect lighting used throughout the floor.The indirect lighting, achieved through the use of LEDs, creates a welcoming atmosphere and conveys a sense of additional space in the common areas. All refurbished rooms are equipped with new fire protection, telecommunications, and Wi-Fi systems.
