LIDL FERROL

The construction of this building has been carried out on a 4,500 m² plot, with a total built area of 1,555 m². For its execution, a precast concrete structure has been used for the external walls and a metal structure for the roof, which is designed as a single pitch. For the exterior finishes, the façade combines precast concrete panels with an aluminum composite panel on the upper section.Inside, stoneware tiles have been used as flooring, while the walls feature ceramic tiling in wet areas, a fire-resistant melamine cladding in the sales area, and plasterboard lining in the remaining rooms.The outdoor parking area has been executed using hydraulic tiles, complemented by the installation of a perimeter curb.
