HOTEL RIAZOR

Refurbishment and renovation of the Hotel Riazor, an iconic property in the city of A Coruña, with a floor area of around 7,500 m², located on the central Barrié de la Maza avenue.The project, designed by architects José Luis Pereiro and Simón Pereiro, involved the comprehensive renovation of the hotel, both inside and out, upgrading its category from three to four stars.The adaptation of the facilities included the improvement and redistribution of the interior spaces, accommodating 165 rooms and creating new common areas such as café/restaurant spaces and a modern gym, among other services.Particularly noteworthy is its spectacular ventilated façade, refurbished with composite panels in a white finish.
