DESARROLLA OBRAS Y SERVICIOS TRANSFORMS GARA SUITES GOLF & SPA INTO A MODERN FOUR-STAR HOTEL COMPLEX WITH PREMIUM, HIGH-END FACILITIES
Commissioning of the new hotel complex Gara Suites Golf & Spa, located at Club de Golf Las Américas, in Tenerife, a project that has involved the participation of Desarrolla.The comprehensive renovation of the former facilities, built in 2001, has given way to a modern and comfortable four-star hotel with 29,000 m2 that houses a total of 437 rooms, a wellness area with a thermal circuit of more than 900 m2, gym, shared garage, and outdoor parking area.
Desarrolla has completed the work within a timeframe of 11 months, making it a benchmark project at our Tenerife headquarters.The hotel was officially inaugurated yesterday with a visit from the Island Councillor for Tourism of the Cabildo of Tenerife, among other authorities.
