Desarrolla Obras y Servicios sponsors the XXIV Spanish MTB Championship for Local Police, a longstanding sporting event that will gather hundreds of officers in A Coruña on September 23 and 24. Supporting this championship, organized this time by the Local Police of A Coruña, is part of our company's commitment to sports and healthy living.On Friday, September 23, participants will collect their bib numbers at O Parrote, one of the most beautiful areas of A Coruña, and will have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the course they will follow the next day. Additionally, they can visit the city's main museums and appreciate the architecture and construction of A Coruña.The competition will kick off on Saturday at 9:45 AM with a neutral start from O Parrote. Participants will traverse the entire seafront of the city from this location to the race's starting area in O Portiño, a beautiful 8.7 km stretch that includes a cobblestone section towards the end.Once at O Portiño, the timed route through the Campeonato de España de MTB para Policías Locales circuit will commence. This circuit will cover a distance of 12.3 km around the Bens mountain.

The Campeonato de España de MTB para Policías Locales features 10 different categories. One for women and nine for men, which are divided by age. Ranging from Elite (up to 29 years old) to Master 67 (for those over 67 years old). Men up to 49 years old will complete three laps of the official circuit. Women and men between 50 and 59 years old will need to complete two laps of the circuit to finish their participation.
