SINGLE-FAMILY HOME WITH VENTILATED FAÇADE, DESIGNED BY THE STUDIO AD+ ARQUITECTURA, LOCATED IN THE COASTAL MUNICIPALITY OF MUGARDOS
The home has a total area of 200 m2 distributed across two floors, connected by a double-height living room with a study on the upper level, and a distinctive concrete staircase designed as both a functional and ornamental feature.
Structurally, a foundation with a ventilated sanitary slab is executed, on which load-bearing walls of thermo-clay and solid concrete slabs are supported.From a construction standpoint, it is worth highlighting the ventilated façade solution built with limestone, combined with Coteterm areas and stone in block format, as well as the flat roof executed in PVC with a gravel finish.
