SINGLE-FAMILY HOME WITH CONTEMPORARY ARCHITECTURE IN FIVE VOLUMES ADAPTED TO THE TERRAIN, FEATURING OPEN SPACES, NATURAL LIGHT, AND STEEL-AND-WOOD STAIRCASES AS THE MAIN DESIGN FOCAL POINT
We have completed the construction works for a contemporary single-family home composed of five distinct volumes. These have become the defining feature of the project, having been conceived as the solution to the pronounced slope of the site’s original topography.
The abundant natural light that floods the home, together with the materials used in its construction, enhances the sense of spaciousness and contemporary character in these open-plan areas, already generous in themselves. This feeling is further reinforced by the staircases, made up of sliding wooden treads and a steel structure, designed to optimize internal circulation.Aestudio has designed this project.
