TORRE LOS ROSALES
REFURBISHMENT OF THE FAÇADES OF THE LOS ROSALES RESIDENTIAL TOWER, LOCATED ON RONDA DE OUTEIRO AT THE HEIGHT OF THE LOS ROSALES SHOPPING CENTRE
The façades of the building with 174 homes and 16 storeys, are made up of an outer layer of precast reinforced concrete elements with white cement and steel, supported and anchored to the structure.The exterior joinery of this free‑standing tower has been executed using anodized aluminium curtain walls.The work carried out has included, among other tasks, the refurbishment of this curtain wall, as well as the application of a water‑repellent yet water‑vapour‑permeable coating, which protects the façade by preventing condensation from forming.
