COMPREHENSIVE RENOVATION OF FOUR APARTMENTS IN A SIX-STORY BUILDING ON SAN ANDRÉS STREET IN A CORUÑA
Comprehensive refurbishment of 4 apartments in a six-storey building located on the central street of San Andrés, in A Coruña, carried out in accordance with the project designed by the architect Antonio Corrochano.
The work carried out includes not only the full refurbishment of the four apartments, located on the first and sixth floors of the building, but also the replacement of the roof, resolved with a lightweight solution based on concrete joists and Thermochip panels; as well as the upgrading of the shared areas inside the building.Inside the apartments, the project has involved the reorganization of the spaces, resulting in four two-bedroom homes, with usable floor areas ranging from 75 to 100 m². In addition, all building services have been completely renewed, together with the interior finishes and exterior joinery.
