RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN THE BUSINESS PARK WITH A LANDSCAPED ROOFTOP FOR COMMUNITY USE, MAXIMUM ENERGY EFFICIENCY, 76 HOMES, PARKING SPACES AND STORAGE ROOMS
The first building constructed in the Parque Ofimático, features a green roof designed for communal use, which, in addition to shared leisure areas and a space for the homeowners’ association, also houses various facilities such as solar panels, the water storage room for thermal energy, and several plant rooms. The project, developed by “Sociedade Cooperativa Galega de Vivendas Parque Ofimático” has been awarded the highest energy rating, encouraging a reduction in the consumption of non-renewable energy by applying passive design strategies to lower energy demand and enhance system efficiency.
A ventilated façade finished with porcelain stoneware panels reinforced with fiberglass, featuring aluminum exterior joinery, oak interior carpentry, and floating wood flooring in the homes, with porcelain stoneware in wet areas.A total of 5 basement levels, housing 128 parking spaces and 76 storage rooms. Above ground, there are 11 floors, where the 76 homes and 2 commercial units with independent access are located. The resulting total built area amounts to 16,000 m2.
