SAN MARCOS BUILDING
RENOVATION OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING DESIGNED BY ARCHITECT ELOY MAQUIEIRA, BUILT IN 1929 AND LOCATED ON SAN MARCOS STREET, RIGHT IN THE HEART OF THE CITY OF LUGO
The works have consisted of the refurbishment of the façades and the roof, in accordance with the project drafted by the studio lopezlopez arquitectura.A new roof structure has been built using solid chestnut timber, finished with a zinc roof.Both the exterior woodwork and the vertical surfaces have been restored, applying repair mortars and plaster finishes, and the rear terraces have been waterproofed.
