The project designed by the architect Mauro Lomba, is defined by the clarity of its composition, inspired by traditional Galician homes. This results in a residence that reveals a clear organizing axis, along which different volumes are added or subtracted, creating a sequence of spaces that relate both to one another and to their immediate surroundings. In this way, the central space devoted to the library becomes the backbone of the house, acting as the connecting element between the various areas that make it up.

From a construction standpoint, this central space is resolved with one-way slabs and reinforced slab, which rest on a reinforced concrete structure and steel profiles. The roofing is executed as a flat roof finished with river pebbles.Part of the project’s complexity lies in the junction of different envelope systems. Among them, the use of ventilated façade solutions stands out, where the finishing material alternates between cumarú wood and off‑white aluminum panels. Exposed concrete walls or slate cladding are other systems present in the project.

In terms of the development, the standout feature is the inclusion of a swimming pool, along whose edges a deck of Cumarú wood is installed, together with a grass‑paver area (made up of PVC slabs) that connects the entrance area with the garage.
