Desarrolla will carry out in Aravaca (Madrid) an innovative residential project designed by Bojaus Arquitectura, consisting of three homes that combine the advantages of a detached house with those of a multi-unit building. On a plot of 1,300 m² and 890 m² built, each home will be laid out on a single open-plan floor, with four orientations and generous terraces visually connected to the interior through large glazed surfaces.

These are three homes in a standalone block that combine the virtues of detached houses with the advantages of apartment living, introducing a new residential concept.The project has been awarded to Desarrolla, which will complete it in 12 months. The development will occupy a plot of 1,300 square meters, within which 890 m2 of built area will be constructed.Each home will be laid out on a single floor, enjoying four orientations and a terrace that is visually integrated with the house itself through a large glass frontage. The construction will feature a mature garden with large trees, providing these terraces and the open-plan interior spaces with a high degree of privacy.
Through a structure created with large beams, each of these three unique floors, will be completely open-plan. In terms of appearance, the reinforced concrete walls, beams, and slabs will remain exposed once the work by Desarrolla is completed. In this way, the building’s image will be defined by its structural material.The development will feature a 15-metre swimming pool and landscaped areas. In addition, it will include a basement level housing parking spaces and storage rooms within what will be a shared area for the three homes.
